A) LICENSES

When you purchase a graphic from PinkDialogues, you need to follow these License and Usage Rules listed below:

1) STANDARD LICENSE — You can use our Graphics/Clipart for Personal, Small Business (up to 250 sales) and Editorial Use. The STANDARD LICENSE comes with all Clipart items. Graphics Credits must ALWAYS be placed where the Clipart is being sold. (Read: Clause B).

2) EXTENDED LICENSE — If you are planning to produce more than 250 copies of products or/and wholesale or/and large retail, you must purchase this License separately. Our Extended License is for small business use only and will cover you for up to 1000 sales. You are not required to purchase this on the same day you purchase your item. You can purchase this later when reaching your 250 limit of products sold. We do ask that you keep track of your sales. Graphics Credits must ALWAYS be placed where the Clipart is being sold. (Read: Clause B).

3) NO CREDIT LICENSE REQUIRED — If you DO NOT wish to credit or link back to us, you must purchase this License additionally, whether you have your Graphic/Clipart with the Standard License or with the Extended License.

B) CREDITS

1) You must link back to PinkDialogues.com with our name intact as follows: i.e. Graphics by PinkDialogues © www.pinkdialogues.com (with clickable link). Graphic Credit is always required unless you purchase the NO CREDIT LICENSE REQUIRED (Read: Clause A).

2) Credits must be placed on the same page as the product (in the product description). NOT on separate pages. If you do not follow this rule, you will be contacted by us to make sure your crediting is appropriate.

C) TYPES OF USAGE

1) PERSONAL USE — You are free to do whatever you like with our products for your own personal use. We love to see what you have made! Feel free to share your creations on Instagram using the tag #MyPinkClipart and on Twitter and Facebook at @pinkdialogues

2) COMMERCIAL USE — All of our products are usable for Commercial Use as long as you follow our Terms of Use.

D) INSTANT DOWNLOADS

Our Graphics/Clipart are digital and are delivered digitally only. Once you have completed the payment, you will receive an email with a link to download the product.

E) ALLOWED USES

1) You can incorporate our Digital Product to create a new End Product for yourself or for a client, and the End Product may be sold.

2) An End Product is one of the following things, both requiring an application of skill and effort.

(a) For an Item that is a template, the End Product is a customized implementation of the Item. For example, the item is a blank tag and the end product is a set of printed stickers with writing on the tag following a theme.

(b) For other types of Item, an End Product is something that incorporates the Item as well as other things, so that it is larger in scope and different in nature than the Item. For example, the item is a set of clip-art and the end product is a sticker pack for sale.

3) You can create the End Product for a client, and this license is then transferred from you to your client.

4) You can sell and make up to 250 copies of the End Product. If you require more, please purchase the EXTENDED LICENSE which will extend your allowed sales to 1000. (Read: Clause A).

5) You can modify or manipulate the Item. You can combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license. You can do these things as long as the End Product you then create is one that’s permitted under Clause E.2.

F) NOT ALLOWED USES

1) You cannot sell .EPS, .AI or .SVG file formats with our Graphics/Clipart. All digital products must be sent to a customer as PDF or Jpeg format.

2) You cannot sell our graphics as is and claim as your own. All copyrights remain with PinkDialogues.

3) You cannot share our graphics for free.

4) You cannot use our graphics to create products and sell them on a competitor website. For example, you cannot sell our Graphics/Clipart (isolated or in packs) as clipart or to create cutting files for sale. You cannot create an invitation/card, template/clipart set and sell on a digital download mall who is a direct competitor of PinkDialogues.

5) You cannot make blank digital products, like blank invitations, toppers, wrappers, party printables, and sell. All digital products must be personalized and send to a specific customer as PDF or Jpeg format. No digital products for others to customize are allowed.

7) You cannot use the Item in any application allowing an end user to customize a digital or physical product to their specific needs, such as an “on demand”, “made to order” or “build it yourself” application.

8) You cannot use an Item in a logo, trademark, or service mark.

G) REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of graphics/clipart, there are NO REFUNDS, Credits or Exchanges on Digital Goods/items delivered electronically.

H) PROOF OF LICENSE

Please keep transaction emails and your receipt in your records for Proof of License. You will not receive a document.

I) COPYRIGHT

The purchase of our Graphics/Clipart does not transfer copyright. All copyrights remain with PinkDialogues.

By purchasing any graphics from PinkDialogues, you confirm that you understand and accept these conditions.
