Graphic items purchased under Standard and Extended Licenses may be used in an unlimited number of Personal Use projects. If you want to buy graphics for Commercial Use, you can use them in 1 project only (per license) unless you own the Exclusive License or the equivalent number of licenses.
Graphic items purchased under the Standard License may be used to create end products for sale where lifetime sales of the end product for sale do not exceed 250 units. To sell more than 250 units, the Extended License is required.
Copyright of graphic items purchased under Standard and Extended Licenses remains with PinkDialogues, as well as the right of using purchased graphic items in any other project and selling them in any marketplace.
Only when buying the Exclusive License rights are transferred to the buyer and listing is removed from all digital marketplaces where PinkDialogues sells. Please, keep in mind that this will be effective from the day of your purchase and previous sales remain the right to use PinkDialogues' graphics in their projects.
Returns of digital products are not accepted.
Unless you own the Exclusive License, you cannot distribute, offer and/or sell any PinkDialogues' graphic items (isolated or in packs) as they are (as clipart or to create cutting files for sale), as this is a direct conflict to PinkDialogues' shop. You can only use PinkDialogues’ graphics as a complement of your own artwork.
It is strongly recommended that you do not use any graphic items in logotypes unless you own the Exclusive License.
You are not obligated to give credit to Laura Azevedo/PinkDialogues, even though this is always appreciated, but you cannot suggest, imply or credit others for PinkDialogues' work, as this is an evidence of intentional copyright violation.
By purchasing any graphics on PinkDialogues shop, you confirm that you understand and accept these conditions.
PinkDialogues licenses are valid only if accompanied by the purchase receipt.
A Project is defined as a complete and cohesive undertaking that may result in one or more End Products. Any End Products included in the one Project must be directly related to a single concept and brand.
Personal Use is defined as using purchased Items in a manner that has no potential monetary gain. Personal Use projects cannot be related to any business, non-profit, or other organization of any kind.
Commercial Use is defined as any work done that is not for Personal Use. Synonymous terms include Contracted Work and Client Work.
If you are a blogger and own two blogs — one blog called A and other called B, it is likely considered that you own 2 different projects because they act under two distinct names, even if their design are similar. If you own a blog that has a shop under the same name and brand, it is considered that you own 1 project only because the brand name is the same and have a cohesive design/brand style.
If you are a graphic designer and want to use PinkDialogues' graphics to create and sell artwork to your clients, each client and complete/cohesive undertaking is considered an independent project. You have to buy the number of licenses accordingly.
Examples of Personal Use include using a graphic to create t-shirts for a family reunion, using a template to create a birthday card that you send in celebration of a friend's special day or a banner for your personal blog, etc, if there is no business transaction occurring.
Examples of Commercial Use include using a template in a client/contracted work, using a graphic in a piece of wall art to sell in a shop and using clipart in a banner for your blog if you make money from it.
