The person portrayed is drawn in black and white — except for the lips and cheekbones, clothes, and accessories. The hair is always black (even when the person portrayed is blonde or brunette).

How your portrait will be created

Your digital portrait will be hand-drawn using a professional graphics tablet and a digital pen that allows you to draw directly on the screen. A photograph of the person portrayed will be used as a reference to draw the portrait.

What you receive

You will receive a high-resolution image file (PNG and JPEG) in the size you choose, with sizes available for printing and social media. With these files, you can print your portrait at any print shop with excellent quality and/or use it in your online project.

How to choose the reference photo

1. Keep in mind that the image you choose will be the only reference. Make sure the chosen photograph represents the essence of the person and that the face is close-up and facing the camera or slightly to the side (as in the examples).

2. Blurred, grainy, very small photographs, or those with Instagram filters may not be of sufficient quality. Details should be sharp. You can send an email to confirm if your photograph is suitable before completing the order.

3. If the submitted photograph is not of sufficient quality, you will be contacted by email to send another one.

How to complete your order

1. Choose the size you want for your portrait. Printing sizes are compatible with standard European and international frames that can be easily found in stores such as Ikea, Leroy Merlin, John Lewis, etc.

2. Complete the payment — via MB Way, PayShop or Multibanco Ref.

3. Send the reference photo(s) to hello@pinkdialogues.com, mentioning your order number.

4. You will be contacted shortly with confirmation of whether the submitted photograph is suitable or not. If not, you will be asked to send additional photographs. If it is, the portrait will begin.

Delivery time

Between 5 to 10 business days after completing the 4 steps above.

Modifications

Once the portrait drawing has begun, no alterations or modifications will be made. If there is anything you would like to be taken into consideration in the drawing, you should mention it when sending the photograph(s), before the work begins.

Returns and refunds

Due to the personalized nature of this product, returns and/or refunds are not allowed.

All portraits are signed by the artist at the bottom.
